Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital media and broadcasting? We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Media Specialist to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand's visual identity, responsible for the end-to-end production of high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of modern digital journalism and broadcasting, capable of translating complex brand messages into engaging, shareable video formats. You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, film, and edit content that strengthens our market presence and drives engagement across all digital platforms.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce creative video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
- Manage the entire video production lifecycle, from scriptwriting and storyboarding to final editing and post-production.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital media trends and journalistic standards to ensure content relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align video output with broader marketing and branding objectives.
- Optimize content for different digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement metrics.
- Manage video assets, archives, and equipment to maintain organized production workflows.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of published content to provide insights for future improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science, Broadcasting, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in video production, digital content creation, or media management.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro).
- Solid understanding of lighting, audio recording, and camera operation.
- Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and editing skills with a sharp eye for visual detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms and digital media trends.
