In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our digital presence, responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and producing high-quality content that captures the beauty of our highland destination.
As our Content Creator, you will not just be taking photos and videos; you will be building a digital community. You will manage our social media presence, engage with our audience, and transform the unique experiences at Nimo Highland into viral, thumb-stopping content. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality photo and video content (Reels/TikTok) highlighting the Nimo Highland experience.
- Manage end-to-end social media scheduling and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Analyze audience metrics to identify trends and adjust content strategies for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative campaigns for seasonal promotions and events.
- Write engaging captions and scripts that align with the brand voice.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and creative tools.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to showcase new attractions and services at Nimo Highland.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and content formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for lighting, composition, and aesthetic details.
- Willingness to be based in Pangalengan and capture content on-site.
