Are you a passionate storyteller with an eye for sports and lifestyle trends? Tamora Group is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join our team in Surabaya. As the heartbeat of our padel club’s digital presence, you will be responsible for capturing the excitement of the court, building our community online, and showcasing the vibrant lifestyle associated with one of the fastest-growing sports in Indonesia.
We are seeking a visual artist who understands the nuances of short-form video and engaging social media storytelling. You will have the creative freedom to ideate, shoot, and edit content that drives engagement and highlights our club's unique events, tournaments, and social gatherings. If you love sports, networking, and creating high-quality digital assets, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage the club's social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Cover live padel matches, club tournaments, and social events with a dynamic, sports-oriented visual style.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and maintaining a positive brand voice.
- Analyze social media trends and implement creative strategies to increase reach and community participation.
- Coordinate with club members, coaches, and staff to capture authentic testimonials and player highlights.
- Maintain brand aesthetics across all digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content creation, videography, or social media management (portfolio/demo reel required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and current content trends.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for lighting, composition, and framing.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A genuine interest in sports, particularly padel or racquet sports, is highly preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings to cover club events.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
