Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that aligns with our brand identity.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and identify opportunities to integrate them into our content strategy.
- Act as the primary on-camera talent for brand showcases, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign concepts and promotional ideas.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adapt content strategies to optimize reach and audience interaction.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
- Assist in managing brand community interactions by responding to comments and engaging with followers.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio of creative social media content (TikTok/Instagram Reels) is highly preferred.
- Confident on camera and comfortable with public speaking or performing.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, or Adobe Premiere).
- Excellent understanding of current digital trends and viral marketing mechanics.
- Highly creative, strategic thinker, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced WFO environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Malang and commit to the internship duration.
