In this role, you will be the voice and vision behind our brand, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and elevate our marketing impact.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media—someone who understands the nuance of a viral video, the aesthetic of a perfect photo, and the importance of consistent brand storytelling. You will have the creative freedom to experiment, capture authentic brand moments, and play a pivotal role in our upcoming marketing campaigns. If you have a keen eye for detail, a proficiency in modern editing tools, and a knack for engaging digital communities, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Develop a consistent content calendar that aligns with our brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Write engaging captions and scripts that drive community interaction and brand loyalty.
- Actively monitor social media trends to keep our brand presence fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts for new campaigns and promotional assets.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content that showcases our company culture and brand story.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile photography and video editing.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or Lightroom.
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and content best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract ideas into visual reality.
- Currently based in Bali or willing to work on-site as required.
