Are you a beauty enthusiast with a knack for viral storytelling? Mercier Estetika Internasional is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team in Jakarta Selatan. We are a fast-growing skincare brand dedicated to innovation, and we need a visual storyteller who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends.
In this role, you won't just be filming; you will be the voice of our brand. You will be responsible for end-to-end content production—from brainstorming catchy hooks and scripting educational skincare content to filming and collaborating on post-production strategies. If you have an eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of skincare product benefits, and the ability to turn complex skin science into digestible, engaging social media content, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, storyboard, and script engaging daily content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Conduct continuous trend research to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve in the beauty industry.
- Film high-quality, authentic short-form videos showcasing our skincare product benefits and routines.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align content calendars with overall brand goals and product launches.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments to foster brand loyalty.
- Analyze video performance metrics (views, retention, shares) to optimize future content strategies.
- Assist in managing influencers and KOLs for collaborative social media campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
- Expert-level knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and editing tools (CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Proven track record of creating high-engagement video content.
- Strong understanding of skincare ingredients and beauty product trends.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict content production deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and highly comfortable being on camera.
