Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with brand identity.
- Write, film, and edit engaging stories for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
- Research current industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and viral-worthy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns that drive brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance metrics to optimize future content storytelling.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from concept development to final editing.
- Engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty and audience growth.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Specialist.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and narrative storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict content deadlines.
