As our Content Creator, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You will conceptualize, film, and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. We are looking for someone who stays ahead of trends, understands social media algorithms, and can bring our unique boardgame café atmosphere to life through creative video production.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality short-form video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Act as the primary on-camera talent for brand campaigns, reviews, and promotional content.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, sounds, and challenges to maintain high engagement rates.
- Manage the social media content calendar and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts for events and menu promotions.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and fostering brand loyalty.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or as a digital creator.
- Confident on-camera personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar mobile-first tools).
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram platform algorithms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for photography and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interest in board games, gaming culture, or the food and beverage industry.
