Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, storyboard, and produce high-quality creative content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Actively manage online communities by responding to comments, inquiries, and fostering audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that align with brand identity and objectives.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Oversee the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetic, and posting schedule.
- Conduct regular audits of competitive landscape to identify new content opportunities and growth strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related creative field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar), and copywriting.
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian digital landscape and community management best practices.
