Yayasan Tunas Manunggal is currently seeking a creative, passionate, and highly motivated Content Creator to join our team on a temporary contract basis. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our organization, responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact content that resonates with our audience and elevates our mission.
We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for design, strong storytelling skills, and a solid understanding of current social media trends. Whether it's through dynamic short-form videos, engaging graphics, or compelling captions, you will play a pivotal role in boosting our digital footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit creative content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the internal team to plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and social media algorithms.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future creative strategies.
- Create high-quality graphic assets and visual layouts for promotional materials.
- Assist in the production of event coverage and community engagement stories.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative content production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and content best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Tangerang, Banten.
