Are you a trendsetter with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm? Maha Nagari Nusantara is looking for a creative, energetic, and data-driven Content Creator (TikTok) to join our dynamic marketing team in Bandung.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our brand's digital presence. Your mission is to craft trend-driven, high-engagement video content that resonates with our audience, consistently hits the 'For Your Page' (FYP), and directly contributes to our TikTok Shop campaign performance. We are looking for someone who doesn't just watch trends, but knows how to adapt them to boost brand visibility and sales.
You will work closely with our creative and sales teams to develop content strategies that turn viewers into loyal customers. If you are comfortable in front of the camera, have a knack for editing, and possess an analytical mindset regarding social media metrics, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality, trend-driven short-form videos tailored for TikTok.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from concept brainstorming and scriptwriting to filming and post-production.
- Analyze TikTok metrics and insights to optimize content strategies for better reach and conversion.
- Drive sales performance by creating effective content for TikTok Shop campaigns and live streaming support.
- Stay up-to-date with current TikTok trends, audio challenges, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the community by monitoring comments and maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with broader company marketing goals and sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of TikTok content.
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral content strategies, and the platform's algorithm.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills with the ability to create engaging hooks.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce (TikTok Shop).
- Energetic, confident personality with the ability to perform on-camera when necessary.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker who is able to translate brand identity into viral-ready video content.
