Global Skinquisite Centre is looking for a dynamic and trend-savvy Content Creator and Editor to join our growing marketing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the creative heartbeat of our brand, responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing engaging content that resonates with our community across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, viral audio, and social media algorithm updates.
- Write engaging captions and scripts that align with the brand voice.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content of aesthetic procedures and product usage.
- Perform color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine future creative strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar social media role (Beauty industry experience is a plus).
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and content distribution strategies.
- Excellent creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
