In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our brand's visual identity, responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing engaging content across various social media platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit creative video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Conceptualize engaging video ideas that align with current industry trends and brand goals.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production planning, scriptwriting, filming, and post-production editing.
- Ensure all content meets high-quality visual and audio standards consistent with company branding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaigns and visual strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, viral trends, and creative best practices.
- Manage video equipment inventory and ensure all gear is well-maintained and organized.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar creative production role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in videography, lighting, and composition.
- Expertise in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut for mobile).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of social media platform dynamics and video storytelling techniques.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly creative mindset.
