Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, script, film, and edit high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars that align with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and video editing techniques to ensure maximum reach.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio recording, and art direction on set.
- Produce engaging graphic design elements and stills to complement video campaigns.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide creative insights for future optimizations.
- Maintain and organize digital assets and filming equipment.
- Assist in live streaming sessions and community engagement activities on digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in storytelling, cinematography, and social media content.
- Excellent understanding of visual composition, lighting, and sound design.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into engaging visuals.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Gianyar, Bali.
