We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator / Videographer to join the dynamic team at Dimsum Qoqom. In this role, you will own the video production process, turning raw ideas into engaging visual stories that resonate with our audience. You will be responsible for every step of the pipeline, from brainstorming concepts to the final upload, ensuring high-quality output that drives engagement.
As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will use your expertise in camera operation, lighting, and editing to create content that stands out in the competitive social media landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and script creative video content tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Operate professional camera equipment and manage lighting setups for high-quality footage.
- Perform voice-over (VO) recording and ensure clear, professional audio quality.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software.
- Apply color correction, sound design, and visual effects to enhance the final product.
- Upload finished videos to platforms and analyze performance metrics to optimize future content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video production with brand identity and goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Videographer or Content Creator with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- Strong understanding of video composition, camera techniques, and lighting.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Passion for storytelling and staying up-to-date with the latest video trends.
