Menaravisi Tour & Travel is seeking a talented Content Creator specialized in Xiaohongshu (XHS) to elevate our brand presence in the Bali tourism market. As we continue to welcome high-value Mandarin-speaking travelers to the island, your role will be pivotal in crafting authentic, engaging, and high-converting content that captures the beauty and experiences of our travel packages.
You will be responsible for end-to-end content production—from trend research and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and community management. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong command of the Mandarin language, and a passion for travel, we invite you to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content specifically tailored for Xiaohongshu (XHS) audiences.
- Conduct trend research to identify trending topics, hashtags, and viral content formats within the Chinese travel market.
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized copy in Mandarin that resonates with potential travelers and encourages interaction.
- Manage the brand’s XHS account, including community engagement and responding to user inquiries to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with seasonal travel promotions and business objectives.
- Analyze content performance metrics (views, shares, saves) and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with local vendors and travel partners to capture authentic content at various destinations in Bali.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively communicate with our target audience.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or a similar role with a portfolio showcasing XHS content.
- In-depth knowledge of Xiaohongshu’s algorithm, community guidelines, and user behavior.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create visually appealing and culturally relevant content.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
- Passionate about travel, tourism, and lifestyle content creation.
