Tanggung Jawab
- Host professional and engaging live streaming sessions on various e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to drive real-time audience interaction and sales conversion.
- Develop creative content strategies to increase brand awareness and viewer retention.
- Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time, maintaining a positive and helpful brand voice.
- Analyze live streaming metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve future performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotional events.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and competitor activities in the Indonesian e-commerce market.
Kualifikasi
- Maximum 28 years of age.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Social Media Specialist, Host, or similar role in live shopping.
- Proven ability to speak confidently and energetically on camera.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other e-commerce streaming platforms.
- Responsible, disciplined, and highly flexible with working hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and hit sales targets effectively.
- Strong creative mindset with a focus on audience growth.
