Are you a visionary content strategist with a passion for driving e-commerce growth through affiliate partnerships? PT Global Ledcity Group is looking for a dynamic Content Manager & Affiliate Marketing Lead to spearhead our creative operations and scale our affiliate performance.
In this high-impact role, you will lead a talented team of creators, drive content strategy, and directly influence our GMV through data-backed affiliate initiatives. You won't just be managing content; you will be coaching creators, refining scripts for conversion, and optimizing the funnel to maximize brand visibility and sales.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with brand identity and affiliate marketing goals.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of content creators to improve video quality and conversion rates.
- Oversee scriptwriting and content production workflows to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and GMV to optimize affiliate campaign effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end affiliate marketing operations, including creator recruitment and performance incentives.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to synchronize content releases with sales promotions.
- Continuously optimize creative assets based on A/B testing and market trends in the LED and consumer goods sector.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of managing a creative team and driving measurable growth in GMV or conversion metrics.
- Deep understanding of content performance metrics (CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI).
- Excellent scriptwriting, storytelling, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining high team productivity and accountability.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for visual trends and social media audience behaviors.
