Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social media and digital platforms to align with business objectives.
- Create engaging, high-quality multimedia content (written, visual, or video) to showcase our brand identity.
- Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers to execute high-impact partnership campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a fresh and relevant brand voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from initial briefing to content review and performance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing and negotiating with influencers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends.
