Tanggung Jawab

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (including videos, comments, and live chats) to ensure compliance with platform community guidelines and policies.
  • Provide excellent customer support to users through various channels, addressing inquiries about account management, content disputes, and platform features.
  • Accurately analyze and classify flagged content while balancing speed, quality, and sensitivity.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform policies, cultural trends, and industry best practices to ensure effective moderation.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional teams to handle escalated issues and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security regarding user information and company data.
  • Identify and report emerging trends in policy violations and user behavior to improve moderation strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • College graduate (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) OR completed at least 2 years of college with relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound, unbiased decisions quickly.
  • A genuine passion for digital content, social media, and the online streaming industry.
  • Amenable to work onsite at the JCenter Mall site in Cebu City.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and platforms simultaneously.
  • No prior BPO experience is required! We welcome career shifters and fresh graduates.
