Join our team as a Content Moderator and play a pivotal role in maintaining digital safety standards. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of RM 3,800 – RM 4,200, inclusive of language and shift allowances. You'll review diverse content daily, including sensitive and graphic materials, requiring emotional resilience and meticulous attention to detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and moderate user-generated content across digital platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards
- Identify, categorize, and escalate inappropriate content according to severity protocols
- Maintain accurate moderation records and provide feedback for policy refinement
- Collaborate with team members to address emerging content trends and moderation challenges
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality and data protection protocols while handling sensitive materials
- Participate in ongoing training to master moderation tools and platform updates
- Support continuous improvement of moderation workflows through actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in digital compliance preferred
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (as evidenced by language allowance)
- Strong emotional resilience and ability to handle graphic/sensitive content professionally
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation, customer service, or compliance roles
- Exceptional attention to detail with consistent decision-making capabilities
- Basic familiarity with content moderation tools and platform interfaces
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting and documentation
