Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive multi-channel content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and social media insights to refine and optimize future content strategies.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of creative assets, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, copy, and stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage content deadlines and workflows to ensure timely execution of all campaigns.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing content libraries to ensure quality and relevance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in content planning, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable creative briefs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • A proactive "problem-solver" mindset with a high attention to detail.
