Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of creative content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging digital trends and competitor activities to inform content direction.
- Create engaging visual and written content, including social media posts, stories, and short-form videos.
- Manage and curate content across various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and execute creative projects on time.
- Monitor engagement metrics and analyze performance data to optimize future content strategies.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, professional tone.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communication, Design, Journalism).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across different platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and typography.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for storytelling and staying updated with the latest pop culture and digital culture.
