In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our content strategy, ensuring that our brand message resonates with diverse audiences across various platforms. You will work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality digital assets that not only engage users but also drive business growth.
As a Content Producer, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle—from initial concept and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and final delivery. You will need to be a self-starter with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality video, audio, and written content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the creative team, marketing managers, and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Edit and refine content using industry-standard software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to ensure a polished final product.
- Research industry trends and audience preferences to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
- Maintain a robust content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Conduct on-set production management, including camera operation and lighting setup.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in content production or a related creative field.
- Proven track record of managing content projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Strong storytelling abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of successful content projects across different formats.
- Relevant degree in Communications, Film, Media, or a related discipline is preferred.
