Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for social media, website blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging material.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing assets that align with content copy.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and industry news.
- Manage end-to-end content production, from initial brainstorming and keyword research to final publishing.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and voice of PT Torras Innovation Development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing roles.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media platform algorithms.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
