Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen methodologies within the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive process analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain CI dashboards to track progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor departmental staff on Lean tools, Six Sigma principles, and problem-solving frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CI strategies align with broader business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for improvement projects.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure sustainability of improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a Continuous Improvement, Operations Management, or Quality Assurance role.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational efficiency frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
