Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administration Assistant to support our dynamic team on a major Railway Project. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of civil contracts, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in civil contracts who can effectively handle documentation, claims management, and compliance requirements to ensure the project's success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and material samples to ensure compliance with contract specifications and design standards.
  • Manage the preparation and filing of contract documentation, including minutes of meetings, transmittals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the administration of claims, variations, and extensions of time in accordance with the contract terms.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support field operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract changes, payment schedules, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to resolve administrative issues and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local laws, company policies, and safety regulations in all administrative processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration within the civil engineering or railway industry.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management principles, FIDIC conditions, and local construction regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and contract management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (Civil Engineering) is an advantage.
