Lynk Talent is currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a wellâestablished Australian civil construction company based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This is an exciting opportunity for a detailâoriented professional to play a key role in managing contracts and supporting project delivery for highâprofile infrastructure projects.
As Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the endâtoâend administration of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines. You will work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and client representatives to facilitate smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient resolution of contract matters.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain contract documentation, including variations, progress claims, and correspondence, in accordance with project requirements.
- Monitor project costs and budget performance, preparing cost reports and forecasts to support financial control.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of works.
- Review and process contract amendments, claims, and extensions, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and Australian standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract activities using document management systems and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Liaise with client representatives to resolve contract disputes and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, contract awards, and final account settlements as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract administration within civil construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with Australian clients.
- Strong knowledge of construction contract principles, cost control, and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with project management or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and handling confidential information is advantageous.
