Tanggung Jawab
- Manage construction contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions
- Oversee billing processes including invoice generation, verification, and payment reconciliation
- Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve billing discrepancies and contractual issues
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements for stakeholder review
- Conduct periodic audits to verify contract terms and billing accuracy
- Collaborate with legal and finance departments on contract amendments and disputes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or billing management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, billing cycles, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
