As a key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing commercial contracts. You will work closely with our legal and operations departments to minimize risk, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and facilitate smooth business transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze complex commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- Serve as the primary linguistic liaison, translating and interpreting contractual terms between Mandarin-speaking partners and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital contract database for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Collaborate with internal legal counsel to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor contract lifecycle stages, including renewals, terminations, and amendments.
- Prepare reports on contract performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual disputes and clarify agreement details.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or commercial operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and contract management software tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
