Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer construction contracts from inception to completion
- Oversee commercial aspects including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contractual risks
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations
- Handle commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage claims, disputes, and variations to ensure favorable outcomes
- Collaborate with project teams to align commercial objectives with project goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
- Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
- 5+ years in contract/commercial management within construction
- Expertise in construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, NEC)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in contract administration software and MS Office
- Experience with plant/industrial construction projects preferred
