Precision Control is seeking an experienced and dynamic Contract cum Operation Manager to join our team in Selangor. This pivotal role bridges the gap between legal/contractual administration and hands-on operational management, ensuring that all our engineering and construction projects are executed with maximum cost-efficiency, strict compliance, and operational excellence.
As the Contract cum Operation Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from procurement and contract negotiation to operational delivery. You will work closely with project directors, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to mitigate risks, manage vendor relationships, and streamline internal processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end administration of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing project agreements and variations.
- Supervise procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring cost-efficient sourcing of materials and services in alignment with project budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor operational progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery schedules.
- Assess, manage, and mitigate contractual and operational risks to protect the company's financial and legal interests.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure all operational activities and contractual terms strictly comply with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management, detailing KPIs, contract statuses, and cost savings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in contract administration and operational management, preferably within the construction, engineering, or industrial control sectors in Malaysia.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and successfully resolving disputes or claims.
- Strong understanding of local construction laws, standard contract forms (such as PAM, FIDIC, CIDB), and procurement practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
