As a Contract Executive, you will act as the financial backbone of our projects, coordinating between site teams, sub-contractors, and management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive contract documentation for all construction projects.
- Prepare and process progress claims, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Evaluate and certify sub-contractor progress claims and payment certificates.
- Identify variation orders (VOs), prepare cost estimations, and negotiate with relevant parties.
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets to identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Handle the preparation and settlement of final accounts upon project completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in contract administration or quantity surveying.
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM, PWD, or CIDB).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, for financial tracking and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail in handling legal and financial documents.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Sabah region as needed.
