Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify insurance claim disbursements with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain and update financial records related to disbursement activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of payouts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment processing and account balances
- Prepare regular reports on disbursement activities for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the development and improvement of disbursement processes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding payment status and resolution
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial operations or disbursement processing
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of financial systems and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
