Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tender processes for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering standards
- Coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project timelines and contractual deliverables
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks proactively
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
- 3+ years of contract management experience in infrastructure/construction
- Proficiency in tender preparation and bid evaluation processes
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM) preferred
- Experience with MS Project and contract management software
