Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and filing systems.
  • Support the sales and business development team with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Handle incoming inquiries professionally and route them to the appropriate department.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes to ensure clear action points are followed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and internal operations.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field; relevant experience in construction or real estate is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of project management or administrative procedures.
