Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive tender documentation and the procurement process for various projects.
- Perform detailed cost analysis, budget estimation, and feasibility studies to support project planning.
- Evaluate and verify subcontractor progress claims, ensuring all work is certified before payment.
- Identify, document, and negotiate variation orders to mitigate financial risks and cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
- Prepare monthly project cost reports, cash flow projections, and finalize project accounts.
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contractual disputes and issues.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of standard forms of contract such as PAM, CIDB, or PWD.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Glodon, or similar quantity surveying and measurement software.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
