Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of contract administration, from pre-tender to post-contract and final account settlement.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for high-rise and integrated developments.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, verify claims, and ensure works align with contractual obligations.
- Analyze and mitigate project risks regarding costs, variations, and contractual claims.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and financial updates for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory building regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the construction industry, preferably with developer-side experience.
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM, JCT, FIDIC).
- Proficient in MS Office suite and industry-standard estimation software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Professional membership (e.g., RISM, BQSM) is highly regarded.
