Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tender processes for electrical construction projects
- Prepare and submit comprehensive bid documentation with technical specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams
- Conduct risk assessments and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Maintain client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Monitor project execution and financial performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of tender management experience in electrical construction
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in tender management software and MS Office suite
- Certified Contract Professional (CCP) or PMP preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
