Recruit Express is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant / Executive on behalf of our client, a premier healthcare provider, to join their dynamic finance team on a contract basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their financial operations, with a specific focus on completing the monthly financial close and performing in-depth reconciliation of accounts.
As a key member of the finance department, you will work closely with senior analysts and managers to prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the monthly financial closing process, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and inter-company account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis.
- Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during interim and year-end audits.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and treasury management activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial queries and provide data-driven insights.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (SFRS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
