We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Finance Executive to join our Shared Services Team. In this role, you will drive financial excellence and ensure the integrity of our financial operations as we continue to scale. As part of our finance team, you will support the month-end closing process, manage key financial reconciliations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial reports, supporting documentation, and variance analysis.
- Support the finance team with general ledger entries and month-end adjustments.
- Resolve billing inquiries and payment discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Identify process improvements within the Shared Services function to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a shared services environment.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a contract role and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
