Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate general ledger records, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded promptly and correctly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., FRS, IFRS).
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to support management decisions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations regularly.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and collection.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
  • Participate in year-end audit preparations, liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (FRS/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
