Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Support payroll preparation and assist with month-end reporting.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave requests.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or recruitment support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Available for 5 days of office work per week.
