Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes and ambiguities
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams for seamless integration
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of contract management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Singapore construction regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, FCIC) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
