Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of project contracts from tender stage to final account settlement.
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer sub-contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards.
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims, variations, and potential risks to senior management.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and record-keeping for all project-related legal and financial correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams, quantity surveyors, and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Manage monthly progress claims and review payment certifications for accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of standard construction contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, or FIDIC).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for contractual detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor in corporate environments.
