Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and administration of complex service and construction contracts.
- Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
- Identify potential contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
- Conduct regular contract reviews to ensure all deliverables meet technical and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce contract terms, resolving disputes or claims through professional mediation.
- Collaborate with finance and legal departments to ensure total compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Provide detailed reports to senior management regarding project expenditure and contract performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the shipbuilding, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
- Strong proficiency in contract law, project documentation, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a firm, professional, and diplomatic communication style.
- Advanced analytical abilities to interpret complex technical and legal documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and project management software.
