Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for construction initiatives
- Direct and mentor site teams to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Manage documentation including contracts, reports, and compliance records
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies for approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in contract management within construction
- Proven expertise in project lifecycle methodologies
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Certifications in PMP or Contract Management preferred
