ISOTeam AET Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Contract Manager to lead our Contracts Department through the entire project lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end contract management including drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Oversee pre-contract functions including vendor selection and risk assessment
- Manage post-contract administration including amendments, renewals, and closures
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements
- Resolve contractual disputes and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Develop standardized contract templates and documentation processes
- Collaborate with project teams to align contractual strategies with business objectives
- Monitor contract performance and deliver periodic compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean contract law and FIDIC standards
- Proven negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, FCIArb) preferred
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
