Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation, and execution
- Oversee compliance with legal frameworks, FIDIC conditions, and industry standards
- Coordinate between project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Resolve contractual disputes through structured negotiation processes
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and contract databases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years in contract management within construction/property sector
- Professional certification (e.g., CPCM, FIDIC) strongly preferred
- Expertise in Malaysian construction laws and procurement processes
- Advanced proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
