Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for construction projects
- Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations
- Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contract-related risks
- Coordinate project documentation including change orders
- Liaise between technical teams and commercial stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
- Minimum 5 years in contract management within construction
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and Malaysian construction contracts
- Proven experience in cost control and budget management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Professional certification (e.g., CCM) preferred
